We are tennyson / wood: two aspiring artists, Elle Tennyson and Natasha Wood. Our decision to create tennyson /wood evolved from our ongoing passion for art and impulse to share our own work and ideas with others. Having visited galleries together for over ten years, we often find ourselves losing track of time among the work of artists we admire, such as Cy Twombly, Marlene Dumas and Gerhard Richter to name a few.
Our own careers have taken veering paths, so we decided to rediscover our love of art and are returning to the challenges of creating our own work and sharing our observations as we navigate London's current art exhibitions, in hopes it will encourage us to pick up our ink and charcoal and create our own work of art once more.
